Lincoln has employed adults with developmental disabilities through the Work Ability program in Roseville, California (in Placer County) since 1996. The Center has recently been authorized by the Department of Rehabilitation to offer the following services:

• Individual and group Supported Employment programs to local businesses;

• External Situational Assessments for exploration of clients’ work capabilities; and

• Personal Vocational Social Adjustment Services to improve clients’ ability to perform socially and professionally.
